If our family does not attend any church, can our child(ren) still attend VBA?
We do not have a church attendance requirement for our families. However, we have learned from past experience that students who attend a church of like faith are more likely to thrive at VBA.
How much does it cost to attend Victory Baptist Academy?
While we hope that cost is not your only consideration, we do understand that it is an important one. Click here for our tuition schedule. There is also a $75 application fee for new students.
How do I pay tuition?
All financial transactions are handled through TADS.
Am I required to use TADS for my financial transactions?
Why is VBA so affordable when compared with other private schools in the area?
VBA exists as a ministry of Victory Baptist Church, and our sponsoring church is committed to keeping Christian education affordable. Each year, Victory Baptist Church invests tens of thousands of dollars in Victory Baptist Academy which allows us to keep tuition affordable. With the help of our sponsoring church, we are able to provide a quality, Christian education that won't break the bank.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. Through the generosity of our church family and community, VBA is able to make scholarships available. Scholarships are awarded on a first come-first served basis, but a family's financial need is also considered.
What does VBA use for textbooks?
VBA primarily uses A Beka Book at all levels. A Beka Book has proven to be a leader in textbook publishing for more than three decades. VBA students are challenged by the rigor of the A Beka program, and as a result of the program, they will most certainly be prepared for further academic pursuits.
What is the student/teacher ration at VBA?
The student/teacher ratio is approximately 18 to 1.
What are the class sizes at VBA?*
K-3: 10-12 students
Pre-Kindergarten: 10-15 students
Kindergarten: 18 students
Grades 1-6: 18 students
Grades 7-12: 18 students

Does VBA have a uniform dress code?
Yes; we provide that information to you during the application process.
Will my student be required to take any entrance tests before being accepted at VBA?
Yes, if your student is applying to enroll for grades K-12. The pre-admission test will be scheduled after your family tours our campus and completes the initial application packet.
How old does/do my child(ren) need to be in order to attend Pre-kindergarten and/or Kindergarten?
Students enrolling in Pre-Kindergarten must be four years old by September 1, and students enrolling in Kindergarten must be five years old by September 1. As of August 2018, we also offer a K-3 class for children turning three by September 1.
What are VBA's hours?
The VBA school office is open M-F from 7:45a-3:45p.
The VBA school day runs from 8:05a-3:30p.
Morning drop off is 7:50-8:05a.
Afternoon pickup is 3:30-3:45p.
Does VBA provide any kind of Before/After School Care?
VBA partners with a local childcare facility for Before and After School Care. The school office can provide you with more details.
Does VBA have a lunch program?
VBA works with local restaurants to provide a quality meal for students. Local vendors may include restaurants like Chick-fil-A and Nizza Pizza.
Can I enroll a student now?
Enrollment for the upcoming school year opens to the public during the third week of February. If you are inquiring about the current school year, enrollment is available but contingent upon the current class size. We also want to be certain that a student enrolling after a school year has already begun will be successful in our school.
Can I apply to work at VBA?
Currently, we do not have any open positions. Please note that employees of VBA must also be members of Victory Baptist Church.
